They keep getting more expensive and they don't give you a good reason to stay or want to come to them. The only reason I stay is because Comcast has absolutely aweful customer service.

This guys rock! Great service and products! They blow the Coms and Xs out of the water at 2/3rds the price. My biggest issue with Click! is that it hasn't expanded to more places fast enough. The process of Comcast paying to keep you guys out of buildings in Tacoma must end! Why would we continue to allow these anticompetitive practices to distort the cable market place in Tacoma?
Click! Has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a cable company. Easy setup and fair pricing that is clearly stated up front. My only serious complaint was that HBO Go was not offered but that is being rectified in early 2014. Far better customer service than any of their competitors. I have recommend Click! to all my friends within the service area.
