So I called click and ask how to turn off the service and they told me . To come drop off the cable box’s and I did . But they did not tell me someone will come out to instilling the cable from where I live they told me the 26 when I called again then. I called again to see if they still coming out the 26 of March they told me it was the 21 of March then I was like why are you guys playing they said we are short of stuff okay will I have a different cable company coming Friday and click won’t come maybe untill April 3 like I... read more

Comcast screwed up my cable to my tv through Click while installing their internet(only reason i chose their internet was the price). After 4 rude calks to Comcast trying to get them to fix their screw up i finally called Click. I love them always nice and very smart. They fixed my problem and hopefully will bill Comcast for Clicks service call. Shout out to Jason at Cluck

even though I havr an e-mail and voicemail confirming my arrangement. they cut off my cable. so after being loyal for 16 plus years. I will pay off the bill and get Comcast instead.

I absolutely love Click! You actually talk to a person when you call! Rates are very affordable as well as the cable packages

What better way to use spare parts of an essential asset could there be? TPU needed a fiber optic network to ensure their operations but only needed a small number of fibers. Not happy with Click!. They just switched DECADES TV channel for START TV channel. START TV channel is so boring. Why do they do this. Maybe ask it’s customers next time. Just about ready to dump this cable. Programs are boring, uninteresting “filler” channels. NEXT TIME ASK US WHAT WE WANT!

I have been having trouble with my account for a while. Click Supervisor Terry has been working to get the issue fixed. Terry would call a couple times a week to let me know on any updates. After 3 months of Terry's hard work and not giving up the issue was fixed. I know the other cable providers wont have worked this hard. Click employee's care about their customers. I have and will be a customer for life, because of click employee's like Terry.
