We have been doing business with click A nerd for many years. Most of my family in the United States and Germany all use click A nerd. It dont get any better than click a nerd when it comes to computer knowledge and assistance. BBVA suffered a major outage and click a nerd pinpointed the network problem in minutes. Our clients were not disrupted and banking activities resumed quickly. The professionalism exhibited was simply amazing. The fact that nothing was outsourced was even more impressive. WOW! These technical experts ROCK! My background with ClickAnerd goes back to my tour in Iraq. James was my personal nerd and he did a fantastic job. It was 8PM at night and my daughter downloaded a virus that made my computer go totally crazy. I called click a nerd and received a return call within seconds. It was amazing to watch as they took control of the mouse and fixed everything right in front of my eyes. It seems scary to let someone on my computer but I feel safe being able to watch unlike leaving it at a computer shop.

This is the most professional and well run organization I have ever come across. We just moved back to the Fort Hood area from our last assignment in Germany.
