We have been working with Chantel for a little over a year now and her knowledge, experience, and thoroughness has made our transition to renting our Jersey City property as seamless as we could have anticipated.
Chantel was our property manager for only a short year but in that year her management style went above and beyond any other managers we’ve had in the company past 20 years at the apartment I live in. She is reliable, she always provided courtesy and notification whenever there was a need for someone to access my apartment. Any issue that arose she was prompt with response and prompt with sending help. Excellent communication skills, excellent management skills, very sad to see her go.
Chantel is the real deal! I went from an increasingly worsening housing situation in NYC to a gorgeous townhouse in Jersey City because of her knowledge, contacts and general ability to make sh*t happen! During the approximate one-year period that Chantel served as my building manager, she consistently demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and professionalism. Whenever I required information, she promptly reached out to me, displaying her extensive knowledge and willingness to assist in any way possible.
Love working with Chantel. She thoroughly answered all of my (many) questions when I was seeking a Property Manager, giving me comfort that she was the right choice. Since then, she has patiently handled both me and the tenants. I'm a first-time homeowner and landlord, and she's taught me a lot about the process.
