My family and I receive excellent service. My friends come and get glasses here. They have all the name brand frames and they value their customers. I never experienced nothing but great service
I was referred to the office by my brother who is an optometrist. Both my husband and I set up appointments together. We were greeted by a front desk staff that were not only incredibly helpful but very welcoming & kind. After paperwork, we spent a short time browsing their eyeglass frames while waiting to be seen. We were seen within 10 min. for our pre-testing and then by the wonderful optometrist. He was not only very knowledgeable and efficient, but very friendly and had us both in stitches laughing. Excellent service. I was impressed with how they treated my son and the fact that they had a little play area for children in the waiting area was a huge plus for me. I had already been to 3 other offices and not one really had anything for kids to do while waiting. It is not a necessity, but definitely a plus. They were friendly and professional and offered what we needed while accepting our insurance. I will likely be returning for my family's future eyeglass needs.
