Have been going here for years, staff is great, any problems I have with my frames I can go in and get fixed quickly.
Me and MY 3 Children have been coming Here for Many Many Yrs . I Refuse to go Anywhere Else. They Are So Friendly , Helpful and Very Organized Here . I've Never Had an Issue with Anything and I Would and Do Greatly Recommended Coming Here to Everyone . I'm a Very Saisitifed Customer and Guarantee You will be Also . I love it here Everyone that works here is so nice n understanding The Dr. Is great he is very nice with his patients n takes his time to listen n explain I have been going here ever since I moved to Cleveland and I love it I will continue going here because its great service I will never get any rudeness out of any of the workers they make u feel comfortable right from the start
There great with adults and children, always on time prompt to work with us 3 in on a timely matter love that place .
I just had an appointment and I can honestly say that everyone there is undoubtedly the BEST. We even witnessed a very nasty and ignorant woman treat the employees very badly. Their responce was beyond professional.
