So the staff are friendly but the service is ridiculous. My appointment (To get my Nexplanon out, because It shifted) was at 3, as I'm watching people go in and out, I'm not seen till 4pm, which is their closing time. I was finally seen and the doctor rushed. They didn't let the numbing set in, cut me open and put a bandage over it. A literal kid bandage. Which fell off when I came home and left me with a gaping wound. They only told me "Don't lift today." Not how to clean it, what to do with a literal hole. No after care pr... read more
I missed my appointment I thought it was this Wednesday when it was last Wednesday. So I asked to reschedule they told me that if I miss my appointment again and do not reschedule within 24 hours I will have to pay out of pocket for the appointment my insurance will not cover it but don’t even send a reminder or even call me to let me know I missed my appointment.
I am very happy to have found such wonderful doctors and clinic at Cleveland Obgyn. Dr. Mallory Shellenbegrer is very attentive, thorough and she listens to patient concerns. I trust her! Clinic is nice and so is the rest of the staff!
Every visit to this office has been nothing short of excellent. The staff is professional and kind, and Dr. Shahata is outstanding. He explains everything thoroughly, listens carefully, and genuinely cares about his patients.
