They are horrible to the Employees mostly but they don’t pay the Residents any attention

You can’t get in to visit .. ring the bell... no one comes to the door... you stand in the cold .... ring ring ring...no one comes... they walk by and see you standing...ring ring ring... and when they finally come they act like your bothering them.. same thing when your trying leave .... this is on the 2nd shift...
