RecommendedCleveland house is a wonderful place to work and residents love there activities I’ve worked there over a month and the management team is awesome I’ve learned a lot in my short employment with these guys Activity Director singing daily brings so much joy to my spirit executive director hands on with all encounters amazing meals prepared by mgt and dietary staff beautiful faclity staff is very compassionate each and everyone of staff and mgt I’ve came in contact with is awesome 👏
Management and all of the staff are kind, caring and dedicated to the residents, the residents are so sweet I have so much love for them all. The resident are always involved with activities, the activities director is absolutely amazing! And the whole management team are always thinking of new ways to better our facility! I love working here, and consider you family, I love you all! ❤️
As a volunteer Minister, I have found Cleveland House to have a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The residents are always eager to participate in the inspirational moments that we share with them which is a blessing to us. The staff are always helpful in making any adjustments needed for the residents to be more comfortable during their activity and is attentive to their needs. The residents are precious and the reason people stay for as long as they do!!!! They will always deserve the best !! As far as management goes it is terrible ! They have people running that place that have no idea what there doing when it comes down to it . They do not treat there employees fairly . You are only a number to them. ED is very unprofessional. This place could definitely use a turn around!!! Bless the residents that live there .

I recommend Cleveland House its a great place for senior to live.I have an auntie whom live there for a while she love it never complain.I recommend it the management and all staff is very caring and dedicated to residents.
I was a PCA and I left Cleveland House due to the fact that management didn’t know how to communicate with staff, when informing management of a problem or concern it gets pushed aside or un acknowledged. We’d get new residents and no one would even know because the lack of communication. I don’t recommend Cleveland House, because management is unprofessional, and unorganized. The residents are angels, and deserve better.
