I saw Jeff Goad for 4 years. I really liked him. Everything was going great until he said he was going telehealth for the foreseeable future. Then he continues to say that he put in his 60 day notice on leaving the Cleveland Health and Wellness Center. Imagine my surprise when I found out on Facebook that Jeff had opened his own office. So apparently he never left the cleveland health and Wellness Center. And opened his own practice. Which is fine as he can do what he wants because he is his own person but to lie to a client... read more

The care at Cleveland Health and Wellness is outstanding!!! Katie Kirkholder is an excellent therapist. She is so caring and compassionate. Dr. Hirsch has also been amazing!. He has been so accommodating and asks great questions to make the best decisions regarding your care. When issues arose with billing, Elana was so understanding and was quick to resolve the issues and make sure they don't happen again. You are not just a "number" here as some physicians treat you.
