We've been here twice and have yet to even get a drink. Tonight I even grabbed menus and the only two tables open on the bar side were still dirty. I asked if I could grab the menus to see what we wanted & the waitress said yes. Staff went to the tables on both sides but never came & even took a drink order for over 10 minutes so we left.

I don't remember ever being so disappointed leaving a restaurant as I was tonight! I recently moved to this area and at first fell in love with Cleveland draft house. I've gone with my husband, our motorcycle riding group, my kids and even enjoyed the patio with 2 of our dogs. I took my bridal party there for dinner 2 months ago and then my family 2 nights before our wedding when they flew in town from Ohio. i think the place is a dive. i was struck in parking lot by a vehicle walking in there and the only thing they cared about was witnesses even though driver who hit me was standing there with me. staff told me they don't have any security cameras and they don't get involved. the young lady who hit me boyfrind who was somewhere in another vehicle stated to me in parking lot he saw what happened but denied it when talking to staff. i pretty much gave up on calling authorities after that. anyone striking a pedesrian should at le... read more
