Went in and took way too long to get on the list...it wasn't even crowded. Was told we had a 15 min wait, with at least 5 open tables. First time we ever tried it and left before we could get seated. First and last time I'm ever going to that location.

We're sorry for your wait. Sometimes there's more to it than meets the eye in restaurants. Often a guest is asked to wait so the kitchen doesn't get overwhelmed, or servers are not able to take another table in a timely fashion. It happens in many businesses. Not trying to compare a restaurant to a doctor's office, but you are often asked to wait for the same reason.
