Brought my dog in to be dropped off and looked at. Woman was rude and interrupted me as I was asking the girl when will they call me? She yelled from across the office rudely with No they don't call you, you call us.... She was diagnosed with a HOTSPOT after being put to SLEEP. I never talked to a vet. Recieved a $304 bill. These people are simply the best ever!!! They were so good with us with our sweet pig peppa. I appreciate all you all done to help try to save her. A special thanks to dr. Ryan for trying all he could for that sweet baby of mine! I will definitely be seeing you guys again soon!
The staff here is Amazing ♡ Everyone. My Finnegan was very sick and stayed here for a week. We think he ate something poisonous, we're not sure. Thank you for saving my Kitty. He was in good hands and I'm so glad we came to you.
Dr. Layne and staff is phenomenal
Some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. They go above and beyond to love my pup, and make sure I know they love him. This will be my forever vet, boarder, and daycare!
I just picked up my maltese dog after 6 days of boarding and was greeted with a very anxious dog and a urine filled dog bed. They claimed that she had an accident yesterday, and had not gotten to wash the bed. This bed was dripping wet, smelled of old urine and had clearly been wet for days. I was informed then that the last time they take boarded dogs out in the evening is at 3:30 (it was 5:30 when I arrived) and then not again until 8am or after. This is absolutely negligence.
