took my Indian Ringneck parrot to have her beak trimmed and everyone was sweet and they were really good with her and it didn't take long at all
Best Veterinary clinic in the Tennessee area!!!
As someone who has used this vet of 12 years I do not recommend. The girls up front are amazing. However the drs are for lining their pockets and NOT helping the animals. Over a year span they misdiagnosed my yorkie with a serious condition. I even told them what was wrong with him they did several x rays over multiple visits but I was told it was allergies or upper respiratory. I took him to another vet bc I couldn’t get a apt with Dr Lane. Thankfully it worked out that way bc the new vet diagnosed my boy with a collapsing ... read more
RecommendedEveryone there is so kind . Dr. Brittain is an amazing doctor. She took time out of her schedule and came out in the waiting area to explain things about my sick Laila when we didn’t even have an appointment. I could tell she really had compassion for my fur baby and wanted to help her get well. The girls at the front desk are AMAZING and very kind and efficient in even the busiest of times from what I’ve seen. I appreciate everyone there. Thank you all !

New to the area no idea where to take my dog who had bloody bowel movements. I called the office after talking with receptionist decided it was best to bring her right in. The receptionist was able to speak with the vet, and was provided with a list of things to buy at the store. No appointment needed. If it works great, if not return to the office. Everything I bought at the store worked wonderfully for my pet. Everything I needed cost less than $20. I am forever grateful for the attention and concern for my pet.
