Worst customer service in Cleveland Clinic, told we’re checked in. Watched every other patient walk in before us. Check in with the rude lady at the desk who gives me a smart remark to find out we’re not even checked in. Then after an hour of waiting with a kid who has a broken wrist, told our insurance is out of network when we routinely see Cleveland Clinic doctors.
