My 85 year old Mother-In-Law has been in Cleveland Clinic, Stuart, FL for over 2 weeks... we are in PA. She has been calling daily about the horrible treatment she is receiving and how she made her way downstairs with a walker and a major leg wound to voice her complaints, which made things worse. No sponge bath for over 10 days, wound care 2xs in 10 days, cold food, forced activity and extremely rough treatment overall. To whom it may concern: I would like to share my recent experience that I have had with the Cleveland Clinic. In November I was diagnosed by Dr. ******** with Sjogren’s Syndrome. Hi. I would like to submit a complaint. My daughter is pregnant and she made her ultrasound appointment at 6.45 and when she get to the hillcrest ultrasound department informed her that they start to work at 7.30. So ,you start to think why?
Do not visit their ER. Their staff is ignorant and negligent. I left in even worse condition than when I came in.
