RecommendedThe West palm beach office is the best. Everybody there is always nice and helpful.
The increasing wait times for people to check in and out especially in the morning is ridiculous. Today, there we're about 20 people waiting to check out and only 1 clerk working. The other clerk was just sitting there completely ignoring folks until I spoke up and said something. They are running that place like it's some sort of free clinic where people have to wait for hours when it's not. People pay for these services. They need major improvement in customer service and friendliness.
Registration is 30 people deep. Truly poor customer service.
I like these offices so much better than the Weston offices! Dr. Ganz is the very personable, and knowledgeable doctor/surgeon. I never have a problem getting a quick appointment with him. If you're looking for a urologist, I highly recommend him!
Dr. Claudia Mason is a great lady. Dr. spends time with you and she listens!!
