Can’t write 0 had appt at 3:15 today called 20min before let them know wasn’t gonna make it called answering service not very compatable tells me it’s up to the dr desecration to see me. Dr Hoffman in 525 Okeechoobee Blvd West Palm Beach not very professional with her patients if that’s how she treats people she’s not gonna have any to see soon. The professional staff (doctors and nurses) are excellent. The clearly explain everything. But the office staff is nasty. I went to the check in desk in the lobby. The clerk never acknowledge my presence until I asked him a question. It took him 5 minutes to check me in. He asked for my ID so I gave him my driver's license. He couldn't find my file so he asked me my telephone number. I told him my telephone number and he couldn't get it right even though I corrected him twice and repeated it 5 times. The worst clinic I've been to, is the 5th time they give me the appointment a day before and they agree or the doctor is on vacation or they have a visit. The hand surgeon always has something that they always cancel and the day before is that they warn of disrespect
