The superintendent and the electrical staff are rude and unprofessional when dealing with the tenants. Also, getting in contact with parking services is virtually impossible and that’s caused me to accrue a lot of tickets unnecessarily. It definitely sends a bad message to the people who live here that simple issues like these aren’t addressed.
