We took my father’s Stihl chain saw to the Florence location. The man that greeted me at the door was very knowledgeable and nice. Turn around time was quicker than expected and they told me if I had any issues to bring it back and they would take care of it. Great experience!

Neighbor recommended I purchase a Cub Cadet lawn tractor from CCE. They rapidly took my money and delivered the new mower right to my door the next day! 11 months later the starter failed. Called them and it took two days to come and get it, three weeks to replace starter and another week to deliver. Service department totally unresponsive, unreliable, and not at all customer centric. This kind of treatment will keep me away from them for ever.
One of the best establishments I have ever dealt with. They listened to what I needed, suggested the right piece of equipment, easy financing and have always provided great service. You can’t go wrong here. I love my Cub
I was highly dissatisfied with kelvin in the service department. Over the past year, I brought in a Stihl chain saw and hedge trimmer.. I will save your time by not writing out the complete details, but he was rude, he treated me like I was an idiot for breaking my tools, and his initial diagnoses was wrong both times after he sent them to be looked at by the real mechanics. I now go to Caplingers up in Blanchester where I've received excellent service.
