RecommendedI’ve been coming to Cleo’s for probably 20 years at least. I’ve gotten to know the owners and when I’m in town this is always one of the places I stop. If you are looking for toe rings, anklets, bracelets, or similar please stop in!
It's been many years since I first visited Cleo for toe rings, I order them on line and love them.
I was lucky enough to find this wonderful place on my first Vegas trip back in 2008! Since then I visit every year to buy myself jewelry or to pick up gifts for family and friends. Irene is the best. In January 2017 I bought two rose gold rings and a silver - plain bands. FIVE MONTHS went by before I realized I had accidentally purchased one yellow gold ring. Irene let me exchange it for rose gold, no questions asked. it was my own fault for not paying attention. customer service above and beyond every single time I go here.... read more
