I went and got a dip manicure last Wednesday (literally 1 week from today) and one of my nails is completely chipped. I called to try to get it fixed since dip acrylic is supposed to last longer than gel and they said they don’t have a warranty on nails so it would be another charge to fix it?! I’m sorry but ANYWHERE else I’ve gone and this happened they fixed it because they know it’s supposed to last longer than gel. Reading the reviews I thought this would be a nice place to stop in, on a Sunday. I called to make sure they were open and they were so I was like perfect! I get to the nail place and when I walk in I didn’t get greeted and tbh I think that’s very important. It was a slow day as well and I was like if it was busy, then I get it not everyone will be greeted but it was just a few ppl so it’s not like they didn’t see me. I waited for about 5 mins and still nothing. So I ended up leaving and definitely won’t be back
