Doctor Martin and his staff did excellent work cleaning my teeth, examining my teeth, discovering issues and risks that needed to be dealt with, explaining the decisions I needed to make, and then scheduling getting work to be done in the priority I decided. I appreciate this approach compared to that I have experienced in other dental offices in which the dentist strong armed me into making the decisions he thought I should make.
Very compassionate - especially with an extremely anxious patient. I love that they explain everything to me throughout the entire process. I had three fillings and was able to stay calm during the procedure.
Jen, Erica, and Dr. Martin are very professional and take great care of their patients. In the front office, Darla always does a great job assisting as well.
The staff is excellent! Everybody is very kind and attentive. All the staff is making sure that every single detail and process is clear to us. They provide a very detailed and complete service. It is the first time that I receive a thorough preventative dental service as in Clemson SC Dental Associates.
My visit was very pleasant....they are very caring an really easy to talk to.
