These guys are VERY dishonest!!! I brought my Toyota Camry in for repairs, it took them two weeks longer than they originally estimated and when picking up the car, one headlight was smashed along with dents on the bumper and hood. When confronted, they said the damage was there when brought in, which was totally untrue!!!. I didn't realize that I had to take pictures before dropping off the car to prove careless damage while in their possession is their responsibility, but this dealer obviously does not operate on decent pr... read more
I went in to purchase a new Camry. No one looked to busy, but a salesman casually came out after 10 minutes or so, yawned, and waited for me across the showroom. I was not greeted or anything, I had to go to him and ask him if he worked there. He didn't seem to intersted in helping me, but did let me test drive the car. After I decided I liked it, the best they would do for trade was $2,000 below the Kelly Blue Book for my car. I've talked to a couple other people and they reported similar incidents.
