Current as of 7/5/2018: Well thank you Rathus for calling me out, and I absolutely meant what I said. If the apartments were priced out of your price range you shouldn't have been shopping in the area. With downtown living comes loud uncontrollable noises and other activities you would expect an urban downtown city to have. I still believe you get a bargain for the size and location compared to other downtown apartments. Let me go over my interactions with this company so far: 1. Hayla was 15 minutes late to our first viewing of the apartments. 2. After choosing the apartment we wanted, we never heard back from Hayla to let us know about pricing information. 3. I called and left messages twice before calling back a third time to find out about the pricing. I was informed at that point that management would not make any concessions with no further options offered. 4.
