RecommendedQuiet place to live close to everything! Great amenities and staff.
Would not recommend. Lived there for two years. Never had any complaints. Always paid my rent on time. Paid for a “greenway view” which was basically 15 feet of unkempt grass and mud and a ditch. Walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors toilets flush and pipes banging around, along with most of your neighbors conversations and sexual exploits. This has been the most wonderful place to live! It’s quiet and the management and grounds staff are wonderful! Couldn’t have asked for a better place. I’m actually very sad to be moving!
Clemmons Towne Center is a great place to live! It's the perfect location for quiet & peace while having the convenience of everything in Clemmons/Winston-Salem! The greenway is a great amenity for runners and dog owners! I absolutely loved my two bedroom floor plan. It was very spacious and homey! The community events were always fun and all of my neighbors were very friendly. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a home in the Clemmons area!
Luxury by definition: the state of great comfort and extravagant living. I would not describe this apartment as "luxury". It's little things like no sprayer on the kitchen sink that are overlooked. Vinyl flooring in kitchen & bath. This is the newest apartment in the area. Compared to the alternative it's a good option. Nice friendly area. Be prepared however to pay for it. 2 bed from $1029-$1049. That's more than some people's mortgage!

I love my beautiful apartment at Clemmons Town Center. It is spacious and quiet. The location is convenient to everything. The staff are very helpful. The pool, workout room and movie theater are great amenities too!
