Poor property managers of rental units in California. Ms. Melinda is a real "barracuda" as a terse and arrogant woman to deal with. -Now that I know they have a number of units there? I will steer clear of them as property managers due to her tendency to intimidate clients. There are, so many other worthy realtors there? Why bother with this type of lowlife behavior.
Mark and Melinda are slumlords. Please read reviews and TRUST their F rating with the BBB. They are just truly bad people who abuse the low income and vulnerable renters. They abuse and threaten tenants who are financially struggling and do not have the ability to advocate for themself out of fear of retaliation.
