If you are looking for stress and someone to steal your deposit, ill highly recommend this place. i gave this place a 3 stars rate when i was living there, because they needed some improvements. now when i moved out, i left the apartment in a good condition. they were some some signs of use of course, but nothing that costs $1800 to fix. This management will remodel the place at your cost and call it a day! Definitely tsaking them to court.
Excellent property management company Customer service is the calling card
I would recommend people not use this property management company. They exercise predatory business practices and take advantage of people, especially those on Section 8. They are more than happy to take the application fee, they will then submit multiple RFTA packets for the same unit. You've been warned.
Hello I just want to share my experience with this company so 1st I set up to view place when I view it the agent that was helping rude 1st she came to where the place was for me to view unit she didn’t introduce her self and didn’t invite us in more so follow then I fill out my application and waited to move in no call no email no text I check company website and see the place I wanted is not listed so I’m like let me call did they rent the place didn’t tell me yes they rented place didn’t say nothing I had to keep calling ... read more
