One of the drivers named Ben was very considerate. I explained where the tanks were I had to put my dogs away. He waited and got ready and even asked me if I needed help. I put the dogs away and let him in the gate. He explained to me the system I had of the home I just bought last month. He showed me what to look for and to watch out for. I was told that they would be out this week to deliver propane. My tank ran out last week due to the freezing weather. Their customer service is terrible. They bought out Cleburne Propane and a few other companies here in Granbury. On the message it says that customers who have empty tanks are top priority. They never answer the phones and are rude. I had been a customer with Cleburne Propane since 2013 and was never treated so poorly!
When it was Lake Granbury Propane, service was prompt and the phone was answered. Now they pass you off to some national answering service. Then they call you back from some out of state number that looks like a telemarketer. Need a local service provider that will answer the phone.
This is the new company, they bought Granbury Propane...I really miss them! We never wanted for any Service with Granbury propane, but since the change everything takes forever, from just refills to now when our tank was leaking took several hours for a response, said they fixed it, but then seems like the gauge they fixed it with or at the time was broken... weeks waiting on that to be fixed, still broken, they can’t fill our tank until it’s fixed...you would think this would not be so difficult 😞 would have been nice to h... read more
Have called several times and always told they'll be out in a few days. So far haven't seen them. They never answer their phones. Going to see what my other options are.
