Very unprofessional! Just sad and will go upon themselves to shave your dog if they feel like it without consulting you as the owner. Happened to my Pomeranian. And has obviously happened to others as well if you go to the Johnson county pet site several others complaining of the same thing happening to them, and the owners will say whatever they can to turn the story. Bad experience
