Animals are treated as individuals that are expected to have good manners and just seem to understand it and respond positively to demands placed upon them. My dogs need this discipline.
I had an excellent experience at Pet Salon. My 13 year old collie mix looks great after deshedding and grooming. She will be so comfortable in the hot weather. They did great

For starters I really like that they have Video & Audio camera's all over the Salon. We have had our three Pom's there a few times, we are new to Cleburne. We have found the Salon Staff Knowledgeable and Direct. Reasonable prices and they always give me a time frame when they should be done in and give a one hour heads up text which really helps when we are running errands to judge when to pick them up. I was speaking on the phone with a gentleman about getting my chihuahua groomed and a woman took the phone away from him and said what do you need?? So rude. Won't even entertain the idea of visiting this pet salon. I don't want someone that speaks to people so rudely, touching my dog.
Pups are absolutely clean n healthy🥰
