Barbra who works there is horrific. I just had a $75 missed appointment charge for an appointment I didn’t make! When I called to get details and ask about what appointment I missed she was beyond rude and angry. She spent seven minutes yelling at me and insulting me to the point that I was in tears. Dr Cleary and his staff are unprofessional and unethical. Save yourself and find another medical professional.
The staff is wonderful and very supportive of each other and there is a real sense of family in the office. Dr Cleary and his family are wonderful and the nurse support is extremely caring and helpful. The Nurse practitioner is his and miss at times but over all the Doctors are wonderful and the atmosphere is comforting.
Extremely disappointing. After long waits and three visits for a single wart removal I received a bill in which I noticed that they'd billed by insurance for "Tobacco Cessation Counseling Asymptomatic Patient". I'm not a smoker complained that they'd billed my insurance for a service that wasn't rendered. I then got a letter explaining that they would not be able to provide medical care in the future. I would expect these tactics from an email scam artist, not a health care provider.
