Very good start Very friendly, high tech, explain what they are going to do and what it will cost up front, work with you. Had my exam on Tuesday, need a lot of work on my teeth, told them I wanted to start asap, got a call Tuesday night about a cancellation the next day, so I took it. Worked out very well, Dr Paul gives painless numbing injections. Only problem was after the injection I had to wait an hour in the dentist chair before Dr Paul came back and worked on me. The staff is very professional and thorough.
I was a little nervous about the surgery but Dr. Paul answered every question I had - sometimes twice! The surgery was easy, there was a little pain (I hate the needles) but everything was done with the expert care of the team. I am very comfortable recommending Dr. Paul and crew for the LANAP process!!
