I have had several bad experiences at other dental clinics so when I came to Clearwater family dental I felt at home from day one when I had my first cleaning in sept 2014. I had my first appointment on February 11 for four filings and a extraction I was very nervous because of previous bad experiences but the staff made me feel at home and very relaxed. Wow! Most Polite, Friendly, Courteous and Professional Staff I have ever encountered in a Doctors Office
Very friendly, high tech, explain what they are going to do and what it will cost up front, work with you. Had my exam on Tuesday, need a lot of work on my teeth, told them I wanted to start asap, got a call Tuesday night about a cancellation the next day, so I took it. Worked out very well, Dr Paul gives painless numbing injections. Only problem was after the injection I had to wait an hour in the dentist chair before Dr Paul came back and worked on me.
