the manager there dont know what she is doing. she is a dumb bitch. i would hate to be there if i was old. they dont take care of those old people. she needs more training.
Pretty but going through transition – Beautiful building, patio apartments downstairs with an enclosed courtyard. Nice coffee bar with fruit and cookies next to the sign-in sheet. One of the front desk receptionists is awesome, capable and friendly. The others are so-so. The move-in was easy and everyone was very nice. They use traveling doctors, who don't visit every day, and do not respond to faxes properly. The nursing staff does not follow through with medicines and residents go without. A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! – I have toured many assisted living communities in the area and have met a lot of people during this time but I was most impressed with the team at Franciscan Manor. They really have an attitude of genuine care and concern for Seniors. Great Place to Live – Clearwater Commons is a wonderful place to be. The staff is friendly, the food is good, the care is great. Lots of entertainers come in, there's a theater and lots to do. There is transportation to doctor's appointments which eases the burden from me. My mother has enjoyed it ever since she arrived. I would highly recommend living there.
My Mother Calls it Home! – I came across the only review for Clearwater Commons today by accident and was appalled by this post. My mother has been part of the Clearwater Commons family for 7 years this month and nothing in the posted review is familiar. I hope those of you looking for the closest thing for your family member to call home you make an effort to visit Clearwater Commons. Our family has been more than pleased year after year and my mother considers this unique community her home and absolutely loves it there.
Finding peace of mind in care for your loved one – When my aunt needed assisted living it was the hardest decision we have had to make, but Clearwater Commons gave us the peace of mind we desperately needed. Love This Place – My dad has resided at Clearwater Commons for the last year and a half. All I can say is thank god for Clearwater. My dad now has his life back and is interacting with friends. Staff is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure that my dad is happy. I would recommend Clearwater commons to anyone!
