Thank you so much for your help with my spa. Even though your company didn't install it, it you were kind enough to help me get it fixed.
Clearwater came out to do my pool inspection for a new home purchase. The inspector seemed knowledgeable. 3 days later we still did not have our inspection report. We followed up several times, only to finally receive a report that was not comprehensive and was missing information that was discussed by the inspector as needing fixed. We followed up after receiving the insufficient report but never received a call back. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
Tee-totally above and beyond the call of duty. Sent a note just asking for re-prioritization for a filter pump that I thought was bad. This was Sunday. Within five minutes, the business principals showed up at my house and tried to fix it. Didn't have the tools they needed so they went home and back and tried to repair the pump. Reminder, this is Sunday night. It was beyond repair but they sent a qualified and polite tech that got my pool up and running by noon.
