Second time I’ve tried using them and they don’t show up or even call. They were great with the retail store they had, but showing up for actual service issues seems to be difficult for them.
Dan did an awesome job assisting us with questions on setting up our pool and how to maintain it. Our pool installer went out of business and Dan made us feel much better about maintaining our new pool. Thanks Dan!!!
Keith did a fantastic job of resurfacing our pool. Pool in used for years, tiles had fallen off and surface pitted. It now looks fantastic. Thanks Keith
We had Daniel out to replace our pump...super nice fella, quick work and helpful with guidance for future repairs. We'll be calling in the spring for a salt cell replacement!
We had a total renovation of our pool done by Keith and his crew(s). The pool had been closed for over 7 years. The before and after is astonishing (Keith has these photos)! Throughout the process, he was upfront and was always a phone call away to handle any questions or concerns. Keith has stopped by several times to assist with the new equipment and the pool, which is now saltwater and is absolutely amazing! I was hoping to schedule an appointment with this company, and I actually had one scheduled , but no one showed up. I waited 30 minutes and sent several messages to Lori with no return message. I know this is a busy season for everyone, but was disappointed to take time from work to have no one show up, not call, or have the courtesy to respond to messages. You were referred by a friend, and I will need to let them know that while I appreciated the referral, I’m disappointed with the level of customer service.
