I went to this office for an eye exam. I already had my own frame and did not go there to order new glasses. The eye exam itself was acceptable, and the staff was not rude; however, the service, communication, and follow-up were extremely poor. Despite the fact that I brought my own frame, I was required to sign a form stating that if my frame broke in the lab, they would not be responsible. This signature was mandatory, not optional. They are always very helpful, nice and understanding of what type of problems I’m having with my eyes I would refer them to anyone. I’ve been with them for four years.
