Just had a monitored fire alarm system installed. After quoting two other companies I settled on Clearview. Cannot speak highly enough about the personnel. Patrick, the installer, is a personable and capable technician. Mr. Matthew Harris, the president of the company, not only came to do the initial quote, but also came out the day of the installation. No high pressure sales tactics - just deep knowledge of his business. Very happy with the experience thus far!

My experience with Clearview Security checked all the boxes and hit all the high marks for an excellent rating. It started and closed out with Ken, my sales rep and 'go-to- guy'. I told him my needs, wants, and expectations from the beginning at pre-proposal / walk through so there was no misinterpretations. I would like to give zero stars. Our ADT subscription was coming to an end and after several weeks of having alarm companies come to the house, Clearview was least expensive, but I wish we had paid more. They gave us a very out of date keypad. It is a touch screen but it is very hard to use. The numbers are very hard to get to recognize and it is a below basic setup with no options. The app will log you out and then won't let you log back in. We have set off the alarm several times just trying to unset it. Now we often just ... read more
The team at Clearview is phenomenal to work with -- from graciously walking me or my team through 3 AM alarm calls to setting up services. They are communicative, responsive, and helpful. I am migrating all of my alarm monitoring to their them.
