Excellent company in every way. The installation went smoothly and the three technicians that did the work couldn't have been nicer. My husband and I both were blown away by how polite they were. I sold a commercial building back in Indiana, & brought my just three year old security system here to Tennessee. I seriously thought it would be difficult to find a contractor that would even install used equipment. We just wrapped up installation of a new fire alarm monitoring system for our two condominium buildings in downtown Knoxville. Matt Harris really did an outstanding job putting together a quote for our system which was a retrofit and included both the main panel and lots of initiating devices. His team put together new prints for the system and handled the approval process with the Knoxville Fire Marshall. Just had a monitored fire alarm system installed. After quoting two other companies I settled on Clearview. Cannot speak highly enough about the personnel. Patrick, the installer, is a personable and capable technician. Mr. Matthew Harris, the president of the company, not only came to do the initial quote, but also came out the day of the installation. No high pressure sales tactics - just deep knowledge of his business. Very happy with the experience thus far!
