EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I called a few days before and they assured me that I can come in for a travel consultation. Then they called me 3 minutes before my appointment time to cancel because they had a shortage of vaccines. They could’ve called to inform me anytime earlier but instead I had walked 30 minutes in the cold because of incompetence. After explaining my situation, the doctor saw me anyway. This pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I've ever gone to. Nermen is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely caring and so helpful, and is always on top of medication renewals. The team will also call and check on me to make sure new medications are working as expected. The customer service is incredible and the pharmacy is very clean.
The pharmacy is okay, but the medical clinic is totally unprofessional. Not recommended.
I am more than pleased with the service i receive at this pharmacy. They are professional and care so much. Our community is so fortunate to have them here. I moved my business from rexall and it was the best decision for sure. Thank you so much for all that you do for us. Much appreciated!
