Seeing Dr. Offerdahl is great! Fantastic eye dr. Ordering glasses or contacts with the people out front afterwards not so great. My wife was ordering glasses and the lady helping us never once verified who we were or insurance information. All that time she was looking at the wrong persons insurance. I had to point out to her that it wasn’t even us. Fast forward a week. My wife got her glasses just as ordered. I got my contacts but the box had somebody else’s name on it with my address. UPDATE: I went into clearview Monday morning with the box of contacts to get it sorted out. After a few minutes of time everything was sorted out and the other half of my order is on the way under my name. I received a phone call the next day to talk about my experience and was informed they will now be verifying their patients to make sure they are talking with the correct person. We are happy. I have never seen any office that it about takes an act of Congress to get specialty contacts ordered and fitted. It will be six months that my daughter has been waiting with one delay after another!!
It was a good experience Brittany was such a sweetheart super nice. I would recommend this place solely on her cheerfulness
RecommendedDr. Leach did my lasik....It is so great to see on my own. Plus I think their staff is excellent if you ask me😉
