I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Susan Michaels and her staff! Everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Michaels took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained the hyperpigmentation on my back, answered all of my questions, and created a treatment plan with the medication I needed. I truly appreciated how seriously she took my concerns and how knowledgeable she was. Thank you, Dr. Michaels and staff, for the excellent care. I highly recommend this practice!
Large, clean office. Minimal wait time. Knowledgeable staff. Only setback was navigating the building, which is full of suites and little information re where to find one’s intended office. Also, as with most doctors, you have a 15 min grace period to arrive.
