I went to see the Counselor about anxiety due to feeling in adequate about my relationship. The reason is my boyfriend would look at other women and I would have an abnormal reaction from a PSTD, because of what happened in previous relationship. My chest would tighten up, heat rate increased and severe anxiety. Chris used the new method from research about PSTD, to due the rapped eye movement.
