I had an appointment scheduled today and arrived on time, but the office was closed due to an emergency involving Maya. Unfortunately, no one contacted me in advance to inform me. I waited outside in the cold for about 15 minutes. I even called the office when I saw the door was locked, and the person who answered told me they would have someone open it, but no one came. I booked my appointment through Zocdoc for 1140 AM but I was not seen until around 1230 PM. As a new patient this was frustrating and there was no clear explanation for the delay. That said the front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. Once I met with Maya Font the experience improved significantly. She was professional patient and thorough.
