I booked my appointment through Zocdoc for 1140 AM but I was not seen until around 1230 PM. As a new patient this was frustrating and there was no clear explanation for the delay. That said the front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. Once I met with Maya Font the experience improved significantly. She was professional patient and thorough. Very professional and courteous service. Jason and Emily did a fantastic job on my lymphoma excision.
Dr Joanne Patterson is really nice. The clinic is horrible. I was prescribed medication on Friday. The pharmacy needs some info, to issue prescription but the clinic is unavailable. I have tried numerous times on Friday and Monday.
