I had my eye exam here and was pleasantly surprised at what a thorough exam it was. Years of exams and never had a few of the things that Dr. Shin checked for even looked at. (Eg; dry eyes, clogged glands, color test...) I actually booked visits for my 4 children and husband after! Top notch exam by a knowledgeable and sweet doctor!
This was one of the best experiences with an optometrist that I've ever had! I received an exam from Dr. Shin that was very thorough and efficient. Not only was she competent but it was clear that she really cared about my eye health. The staff was also kind and helpful. I'll definitely visit again for future exams and care for any medical conditions!
I originally came to this office because I needed a new contact prescription ASAP and they were the only place with an opening semi-locally. After interacting with the doctor and staff, I will definitely be returning even though this location is forty minutes from my home. Everybody in this office was friendly and professional. Dr. Shin was very personable, had a great sense of humor, and answered all of my questions. Thanks guys. Keep doing what you do!
