Total scam! They claim that the impressions are bad, then charge you to send more putty. If they know this, why don't they send enough padi the 1st time around.
THEY ARE AMAZING AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER RECIEVED. THEY MAKE SURE YOU ARE SATISFIED AND WHEN I DIDNT LIKE MY IMPRESSIONS THEY SENT IT BACK FOR FREE AND SENT A WHOLE EMAIK SAYING SORRY AND SENT ME MORE PUTTY AND NEW RETAINER. AMAZING PLACE AND CHEAP PRICES
I have a dog that always manages to find my retainers and chew them up. I ordered some from Clear Retain as they are WAY cheaper than getting them from my ortho. The molds were easy to make and the retainers are great! I highly recommend them.
Customer Service is prompt and helpful. I enjoyed the experience, but the product lacks strength. My upper retainer - broke off a bit on the back after one week. Again customer service was great, yet it comes down to use of product and that needs improvement. Thicker/stronger plastic - I was not doing anything unusal to the plastic - did not give it any stress - clean it in luke warm water and toothpaste - yet it seems weak right out of the package.
I just received my Clear Retain retainers and they are super nice! They are way nicer than the clear retainers my orthodontist provided me with!
