Awful service. They sent one retainer that did not fit and chipped my tooth. They sent a second retainer 2 months later and it still did not even fit on my teeth. It is now 4 months later with no product. Someone name Jen called and left a threatening message about the order. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
OMG the THINNIEST flimsy materials used when making the retainers. They cracked less than a year with normal use. Total waste of money.
Seriously impossible to get a good impression of your teeth. DO NOT BUY.
I was technically just outside their 60 day warranty period when one of my retainers cracked. They refuse to budge on their absurdly short warranty period. My Invisilign retainers lasted for several years before wearing out, and never cracked. These brittle pieces of junk from ClearRetain do not last. Also, their customer service is poor and slow. Good experience overall. The biggest con is the long lag time in customer service responses, but when they did respond the service was good. Good fit overall, but I'm missing the last upper right molar, and they cut the retainer slightly short on that side compared to my ortho-made retainer. I would say they matched the fit 95% to my ortho-made retainer, which is pretty good considering the retainer was half the cost of my ortho-made retainer. Takes forever to get a response back. Sent impression images to be approved a week ago and they still haven't replied. I purchased a retainer kit from this company and also Sporting Smiles. So far Sporting Smiles is the better company to do business with. They respond quickly to emails and send FREE putty if you need extra. Clear Retain charges you for extra putty.
I agree with the review below, this is a scam. I tried 4 impressions and none were good enough. Had to order more putty btw. They already got my money.
Total scam! They claim that the impressions are bad, then charge you to send more putty. If they know this, why don't they send enough padi the 1st time around.
