I applied and have over a 650 credit score. I am current on my auto loan and credit card payments and have never been late and the denied me. I never got to speak to anyone and I read reviews with people with scores in the 500s getting refinanced but I can't. This is unacceptable. This place is a Joke!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer care and follow-up really is job one with Blue Harbor. I have been able to easily finalize/solve a longstanding problem with a vehicle. Chris Z., Jaime M., and the team that worked on my loan went above and beyond to ensure that I knew my options--- and worked to turn those options into solutions. I feel like I have my life back. I never expected to be so incredibly happy with any company's service. Thank you is simply not enough.
My experience with BlueHarbor was very smooth and easy thanks to my loan consultant Rhyan Mercado. Rhyan quickly found me a low interest rate on my lease buyout, was always available to take my many questions throughout the process, and always responded in a timely fashion. He was honest, walked me through all the forms, and reassured me that BlueHarbor would handle most of the intricate details of the loan approval / lease buyout / title transfer process. I definitely recommend Rhyan and the team at BlueHarbor!
