Very helpful and made prosses easy
This was by far the best loan experience I ever had. As a 63 year old Senior Citizen I expected a lot of confusing paperwork and a long wait processing my loan.My Loan Consultant Carlos Osornio, was very professional and easy going. He made the whole process easy to understand . I saved almost $6000.00 and reduced my previous loan from 62 month's to 48 months! Now that's a big savings! I recommend anyone who needs to refinance their auto loan to contact BlueHarbor!! You'll be happy you did!!
It was a good experience but It took to long to complete the loan process. All loans I ever applied for only took about 2 to 4 days and was finished. This one was a three week process, way to long in my book.

Excellent Service
I really like the process and how it easy it was. The one thing I didn't like was the multiple people that were helping. I understand one person gets business but it would be nice to stick with one person. But that did happened in the end. Carlos was awesome, and made sure that I understood how everything worked and what the next steps were. And I am so happy that I got a great deal on a low rate. Made my day and year to know that I will be paying less.
