The staff were very pleasant and helpful and I did feel that they genuinely wanted to get the refinance going. I am pleased with the lower interest rate. The paperwork process was pretty bad. I was not happy with the paperwork process at all. It took a while to get everything accomplished. What I am really not happy about is there is no way to pay online. Nope, didn’t have a positive experience. Would Not recommend to my worst enemy. Terrible customer service. These people could Care-less about you. Just scamming a brokerage fee off the top and sending loan to other companies. Cut throat sales rep. Don’t waste your time on Clearlane jerks. If you have excellent credit use your bank or credit union. Thanks

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE! Have been trying for months to purchase a vehicle I leased. No one follows thru on their job. Have run my credit twice because people do not do their job. Have been calling for months to follow up. They tell me to sign paperwork electronically, after waiting 3 weeks and not hearing anything, I call again. They tell me they need signed paper work - hard copies, so I sign paperwork and send over night with a cashiers check. They do not speak Spanish and they told me that business has to be done in Spanish, it's a shame because there are more customers .. the Manager there José is arrogant and he has no service. why ? We can not do business in spanish this is very stupid, everywhere you can do that ...

Excellent! I refinanced my auto loan and they got us into a MUCH lower interest rate! I went from and interest rate of 21% down to a 7%! Pleasantly surprised they could get us that low! Especially since we had contacted another loan company and they only gave us a quote for 16.5% My wife and I were very pleased and Joshua kept us up to date throughout the entire process. The whole team was great! Thank you Blue Harbor for giving us such an amazing savings on our loan!

I am a little upset, I was told that I would have a skipped payment when my loan was finalized and I received my new loan payment due date and there is no skipped payment. I was also told that I would receive a check back for all overpaid money, as of yet I haven't received anything. I didn't receive an email or a phone call advising me that my loan was completed.
